Our dedicated Projects team are experienced at working on projects of all budgets and we are always prepared to conduct works out-of-hours. Each project is allocated one of our dedicated Project Managers; involved at all stages of a project from the initial site survey and design meetings with a client through to scheduling and management of the live project. To keep delivery of a project straightforward, we believe detailed planning and ongoing communication with our client is crucial. Therefore, firstly we allocate Project Managers time to plan all aspects of a project with the client, our project Working Site Manager, our Operations Manager and our Health and Safety consultants. This collaboration enables us to create an accurate quote and a practical Programme of Works and Scope of Works. Similarly, by quoting against specific works, tasks and areas, we offer our clients full transparency on quotation. Costs are kept as low as possible by re-purposing and freshening existing fittings and racking where appropriate.

Secondly, in addition to Project Managers committed to ongoing client communication, we believe scheduled progress updates and approval deadlines are key to a successful project. Therefore, it is important that dates for formal client updates and approvals are agreed in advance with client and form part of the agreed Schedule of Works. Project Managers progress reports to clients are informed by daily Working Site Manager reports and site meetings. Our detailed planning and ongoing communication helps to ensure that our Projects run efficiently, minimise disruption to a client’s business and that we work within a client’s given budget.

We employ a dedicated team of skilled engineers qualified at completing all elements of trade. The team are experienced at all elements of works including Carpentry, Flooring, Decoration, Plumbing, Electrical, installation of Branding and Fixtures. A dedicated Project Manager brings together the required team and schedules their tasks. Working closing with a Working Site Manager, the Project Manager manages the team throughout the duration of the project. As well as inhouse skilled team, as an established contractor we also have a verified and approved chain of manufacturers and suppliers.

We have invested in using the latest technology application StaffSavvy to manage engineers time on site and receive real-time and accurate site sign-in and task updates. This is currently being rolled out and we hope this will improve efficiency.

Our IOSH certified Project Managers work closely with our UKAS accredited Refurbishment and Demolition surveyors, our Health and Safety consultants, our Operations Manager, our Working Site Manager, and Client to manage potential project risks.

Project Managers create detailed risk assessments and method statements so that all site personal are aware of potential hazards and understand the relevant control measures put in place to ensure works are undertaken safely. All Health and Safety documentation remain live for the duration of a project and form part of a Site Documentation pack.

We continue to invest in our engineers so that they all receive ongoing risk assessment and method statement training, enabling them to monitor and review Risk Assessments and Method Statements on site. Similarly, all our engineers receive yearly Asbestos Awareness training and mask-face fitting testing.
