We believe this improves callout times whilst still providing a high quality of service. Our re-active maintenance support includes emergency service callouts between 1hr – 4hr nationwide.
We appoint a dedicated Account Manager, so that we can accommodate a client’s changing business needs. Whilst we make first-time fix a key priority, sometime works require another visit. Our account managers ensure that – before our engineers leave site – that there is a full and detailed explanation why a first-time fix isn’t achievable and what the next steps will be. Account managers are supported by an office team with the day-to-day planning of maintenance services.
Our engineers are ASBESTOS Awareness Trained and Dynamic Risk Assessment Trained – to ensure works, regardless of value are completed within the legal and safe H&S Requirements.
We have invested in using the latest technology application StaffSavvy to manage engineers’ callout time, site health and safety documentation, time on site and receive real-time and accurate site sign-in and task updates. This is currently being rolled out and we hope this will improve efficiency. Similarly, we work with a client’s own systems, to ensure that information including budget, job status and competition rates are accessible as efficiently as possible. In addition to site sign off checks, our maintenance management team regularly complete spot checks on quality of works– to ensure a highly quality of work and service is adhered to.
