MyDentist, South Brent, Devon, a busy 6-surgery dental practice, required refurbishment to the exterior and throughout the interior of the practice.
The brief was to create a modern layout and feel which balanced efficiency of working with a pleasant environment to work in throughout all areas of the practice.
MyDentist, South Brent showcases our ability to:

- 2. Comply with the latest Care Quality Commission (CQC) legislation
- 3. Commit to refurbishing where possible rather than replacing to save our client money.
The practice is just one of 30 dental practices we have successfully refurbished in the UK over a 12-month period.
We deployed multiple teams to work across practices to create a pleasant environment to work in and to attend as a patient.
MyDentist South Brent externally required repointing brickwork, removal and replacement of guttering, cleaning and painting of external walls, doors and windows and creation of disabled parking bays.
Internally, we repaired and replaced dental cabinetry, installed new flooring, upgraded lighting with LEDs, remedial damp proofing, created additional storage, replaced wall and window vinyl signage and completed full decoration throughout.
